Louie's Greenhouse is a micro-farm where over 40 different types of micro-greens, herbs, lettuces and more can be grown inside the Ville Grill dining hall at the University of Louisville.
In collaboration with our Sustainability Coordinator, I designed the logo and brand identity for Louie's Greenhouse. To create a dedicated space in The Ville Grill for the micro-farm, I designed a vinyl wall wrap, and added the double signage above the machine. To the left, a pop-up banner was added and a table with signage letting students know when to expect the next harvest.
Our chefs are able to use the fresh herbs from Louie's Greenhouse in dishes at Ville Grill weekly. I created signage to be at the station that was serving each dish to educate students.
